65% marks in qualifying examination of 10+2 or its equivalent examination.
Eligibility & Admission: B.Tech (Three Year Programme)

Candidates must have passed 3 years Diploma in Engg. / Technology course from Haryana Board of Technical Education or its equivalent in any branch or have passed B.Sc with Mathematics. Details regarding admission, in this category can be obtained from  DTE website: www.techeduhry.nic.in

Admission & Selection Criteria
The admission for 75% seats to B.Tech (Four Year Programme) and B.Tech (Three Year Programme through LEET) for the session 2011-12, shall be done by Haryana State Counselling Society (HSCS) through on-line off campus counseling. For details visit DTE website www.techeduhry.nic.in

Remaining 25% seats will be filled by the Institute as per guidelines of HSCS

Details of Teaching Assistantship

Conditions for grant of Scholarship/ Teaching Assistantship
•  Scholarship / Assistantship will be immediately withdrawn if candidate is unable
•  To score 60% in a semester.
•  To clear all the papers in one go (in case of supplementary/ backlog).
•   In both the above cases i.e. case 1 and case 2, Scholarship / Assistantship will not resume and tuition fee will be charged from the candidate.
•   Scholarship/ Assistantship will be adjusted towards fee only (No cash payment).
•  Providing of teaching assistantship will not be a binding issue and will be available to the candidates subject to the availability of position and    discretion of the institute. Tuition fee will have to be paid by the candidate in such case.
