Workshop and seminars are also conducted from time to time to inculcate interpersonal skills, right attitude, proficiency in communication skills, team spirit, sharpen original & creative thinking to enhance their rate of recruitment in present global demand.

Summer internship and training;
T&P dept facilitate and organize the industrial training with leading manufacturing employers for the students in line with the M.D University requirements, with special emphasis on the following;
1. Formulate the course & align the theoretical knowledge suited to industry need & which are valued by the employers.
2. To bring excellence in specific trades & skills to face the industry challenges.
3. To be able to serve specific requirement of industry.

Pre-placement assistance;
Students and our institute have adopted a multipronged strategy for pre –placement activity in the campus. All out efforts are made to assist the students to become hot pick by the recruiters both on campus and off campus by giving the exposure on industries as well as employable skills through T&P news, research and publication, visiting faculties, student exchange program.
Practical training programs are organized to motivate the students for self employment and venture entrepreneurship. |
