Echelon is the only technical institute in Haryana which has the distinction of admitting students with a minimum of 65% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. We take pride in maintaining high academic standards by making our students achieve the following goals:-

• Gain sufficient domain knowledge,
• Develop good communication skills,
• Learn to manage time between academic and equally important non-academic activities (sports, social interactions, hobbies, etc.),
• Prepare students to solve real life problems, and
• Make them familiar with problem solving tools, methods, procedures in their chosen field and other related areas to become a healthy, productive and well cultured citizen of our civilized society.

Our students have joined Echelon to become the best in their field, be that an engineer or a computer scientist. We encourage them to observe discipline from the very beginning and to behave like what they are eventually going to become; a professional. Undoubtedly, all our students will earn a degree and a job, but receiving a degree is not the only objective. They must enjoy the learning process, and behave, interact and dress up like a professional person.

To help achieve some of the above objectives, I have formulated the following plan:
1. Every student must write 100 computer programs during his/her four year stay.
2. Every student must complete all the lab experiments, minor and major projects. Educational tours and industrial and foreign universities visits will be encouraged.
3. Every student must begin to converse only in English. The institute is going to provide help in developing/ improving verbal, written and reading skills in English language.
4. Students' behavior, dress code, class/lab attendance/participation and compliance with all the rules will be closely monitored.
5. Student parents will be contacted to provide them an update on his/her progress.
6. Every student will participate in sports, technical and cultural activities.

We are here to help our students to achieve their goals, translate their vision into reality so that they have a prosperous future. All faculty members and institute management are ready to help our students to realize their dreams. We are quite open for new ideas, projects and any activity that will help our students. Echelon, true to its name, will leave no stone unturned to provide knowledge to its students.
